1. USER PRIVACY PROTECTION

On behalf of Viastro Doo, we commit to protecting the privacy of all our customers.

We collect only necessary, basic customer/user data and data required for business operations and customer information in accordance with good business practices and for the purpose of providing quality service.

We give customers the option to choose, including the option to decide whether they want to be removed from mailing lists used for marketing campaigns.

All customer/user data is strictly protected and is available only to employees who need this data to perform their work. All employees (and business partners) are responsible for respecting privacy protection principles.

2. PROTECTION OF CONFIDENTIAL TRANSACTION DATA

When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted over the public network in protected (encrypted) form using SSL protocol and PKI system, as the most modern cryptographic technology currently available.

Data security during purchase is guaranteed by the payment card processor. Payment card data is not available in our system at any time.

3. REFUND

In case of return of goods and refund to a customer who has previously paid with one of the payment cards, partially or in full, regardless of the reason for return, Viastro Doo is obliged to make the refund exclusively through VISA, EC/MC and Maestro payment methods, which means that the bank will, upon the seller's request, process the refund to the cardholder's account.

4. CONVERSION STATEMENT

All payments will be effected in Serbian currency - Dinar (RSD). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.
